5. No equipment of M. S. Industries is to be sold or transferred to
third parties without approval of the Court, unlesa the parties to thie cause ,
agree to same.
6. Plaintiff Camber Corporation has purchased the stock of M. S.
Industries and has represented through ite counsel that it intends to operate

the businesa of M. S. Industries. In such operation funds of M. S. Industries ~ ~
may be utilized for the salaries of employees but in the event Camber determines
to pay compensation to supervisory personnel who will not be regularly upon the

premisea, any such agreements to pay must be approved by the Court first
unless the parties to this cause agree to same.
7. The sale of the stock which took place on Monday, July 1, 19?4, i

is confirmed and approved in all respects and the Clerk is directed to issue -

his certificate of title aad to transfer the said stock to the Plaintiff forthwith.
8. Messrs. Burdick & Daves _are substituEed as counsel of record
for the Defendant M. S. Industries in the place and stead of Messrs. Bryan
and ~oblegard. ~
