CONTEMPT ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on October 31, 1974 on

the Wife's Motion to Show Cause, if any, why the Husband, EL-WOOD
W. KRESAL, should not be held in contempt for his failure to pay
the mortgage payments to First Federal Savings & Loan of Fort
Pierce, in the total amount of $469.00,-the Court having heard
the oral stipulation of'~the Wife's counsel and of the Husband, wh
was advised by counsel prior to the hearing:
1. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, EL4~OOD W. KRES ,
is found to be in contempt of court for his failure to pay First
Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort Pierce the amount of
I~ $469.00; as previously ordered by the Court.

~ 2. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband,
~ ELWOOD W. KRESAL, may purge himself from contempt by making
a
arrangements, within 30 days from the date of this Order, with
-the First Federal Savings ~ Loan Association of Fort Pierce
concerning the arrears on the house payment, so that the mortgage
is not foreclosed. _
