ORDER OF TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on November 14, 1974,
after notice, upon the Wife's demand for temporary relief~while ;
~
this cause is pending,_and the Court having heard the evidence
presented and the argwnents of the attorney for the Wife, and
th~ argu~ents of the Husband, and.being fully advised, it is
ORDERED AND AD.TUDGED as follows:
. 1. That the Wife and the Husband are each en~oined and _
restrained from coming about, molesting, harming or annoying
the other. -
2. That the Husband, SYLVESTER .C. BYRD, JR. is ordered
~ to pay to the Wife the sum of $20.00 per week for alimony, and -
~ to pay said alimony payments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
and in addition thereto is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as
~ statutory cost to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or Cashier's
Check, and shall comcnence on November 22, 1974. Both parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court appraised of their
mailing address and residence address at all times_while this ord r
is in effect.
