DISSOI~ITION OF MARRIAC„~
This cause came an for trial the _~day of November,
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction s~f
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of
husbar~.d~ and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage betw~een the parties is irretrievably brol~en and should
be dis5olv~ed. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows :
~ 1. DISSOI~JTION OF MARRIAGE The i~iarr iage be tween RHEBA
~ GODFRE Y and BILLY G. GODFRE Y be and t he s ame is ttie re by d is s o lve d,
. and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimflny heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. The 'custody of JODI GODFREY, minor child of
the parti~es, is hereby awarded to the Wife, RHEBA GODFREY, with
reasonable visitation rights given tQ the Husband, BII,LY G.
GODFREY.
3. SUPPC)RT. Commencing the 1~ day of November, 1974,
~
the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of Twenty~Five ($25,00) -
- Dollars per week, each and every week thereafter for tt~e support o
the minor child named above . Each payment shall be made to the
Clerk of this Court and by him remitted pr~mptly to the Wife,
