property at the sale. If the plaintiff shall be the purchaser
at the sale, the Clerk ahall credit on th~e bid of the plaintiff,
the total sum herein found due to the plaintiff or such portion
thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the plaintiff,
except that the sums mentioned in paragraph 8(a) of this Judc~nent
must be paid in cash.
(8) Upon confinaation of the sale whether conffrmation be
by the Clerk filinq th~ Certificate of Title or by Order of this
~Court rulinq upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall make
distribution of the proceeds of this sale by payinq:
(a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub-
sequent to the entry of ~this Final Judgment, includinq the costs of
publishihq the Notice of Sale and the Clerkâ˘s fee for~making said ~
sale (ualess the plaintiff, having already paid for those two items
of oosts, shall be the purchaser at said sale), and for the herein- =
above stated attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys for the plaintiff.
The remaininq amounts due the plaintiff with interest thereon as
provided by statute from the date hereof through the date of sale.
; (9) Should~there be surplus after the payment above~specified,

r it shall be paid into the registry of the Court. Should therg be a _
deficiency, the Clerk shall report the amount thereof to the Court,
and this Court shall retain jurisdiction to enter a deficiency judq-
ment in behalf of the plaintiff, in the event such deficiency should
arise as a result of said aforementioned sale. -
(10) tJpon confirmation of the sale, the defendant(s) and all
persons clafming by and through th~° or any o~ them, are
severally barred, and foreclosed of and from any right, title, interest,
claim or demand in or to said property, and the purchaser at the-sale, ;
~ its aqents and assiqns, shall be let into possession of said property

without delay.
fll) This Court retains juriadiction of this cause to settle
