Beach, State af Florida on the 11 th day af August, 1972 pursuant to Letters o~ i
Administration C.T.A. dated the 14th day of Navember, 1972 and entered in the
Caanty Judge's Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida; and
Whereas, the said parties o~ the first part petitioned the Court for an Order
authorizing tl~e distribution of the property covered hereunder to ROBERT LOUD in
~i accordance with the terms of the Petition for Distribution and Discharge and the
