That, whereas the said ANN LOUD DUGGAN and ROBERT LOUD are the .
duly appointed and acting Administrators C.T.A. of the Estate of CONSTANCE A.
LOUD, Deceased, who died a resident of the City of Boca Raton, County of Palm
Beach, State of Florida on the 11 th day af August, 1972 pursuant to Letters o~f Ad-
ministration C.T.A. dated the 14th day aF Navember, 1972 and entered in the Cvunty
Judge's C~urt in and ~for Patm Beach County, Florida; and
Whereas, the said parties af the first part petitioned the Court for an Order
authorizing the distribution of the property cavered hereunder to ANN LOUD DUGGAN

i in accordance with the terms of the Petition for Distribution and Discharge arxi the

~ Circuit Judge in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, entered an Order authorizing
distribution and appraving same, said Order being entered on the 19tF-~ day vf
September, 1974, ~
NONV, THEREFORE, pursuant to said Order authorizing distribution~ the ~
