It is further agreed that the Maker and each endoreer. surety. guarantor. jointly and eeverally. ehall pay all coeta of
cotlection of this Note. including a reasonable attorneyb fee. on failure to pay any Inatalment Payment or any aecrued
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. . This Note and all suma due bereunder shall bear interest at~ the highest
lawful rate of intereat per annum in the State of Florida fmm t6e date when the principal and accrued interest under ~
this Note shall be due and payable. The total intereat payable hereunder ahall not in any one year e:ceed the highest
lawful rate of intereat in the State of Fiorida.
