the above described real property to the wife. ;

There is presently a mortgage on the above described property and ~

that the said mortgage payments are $107.25 a month. ;
There is also a 1973 Holiday Rambler Trailer located on the above
said lot in the joint names of the parties with a mortgage on said -
. trailer with ~109.74 monthly payments. The wife is granted the ~
exclusive possession of the said 1973 Holiday Rambler for her use as
long as she desires. If the wife permenantly moves from the said -
trailer it shall be sold and the proceeds divided between the parties.
3. ALIMON~y In lui thereof the husband, WII~LIA1~i E• MIYLIE shall

pay the mortgage payments on the 1973 Holiday Rambler. Trailer in the .
amount of $109.00 each and every month until fully paid.
9 The husband shall also pay one half of the mortgage payments
~ on said Lot 1344, Section II, Outdoor Resorts of America at Nettles Island,
; an amount of $53.62 each and every month until paid in full. Said
; payment of $53.62 shall be paid to the wife not later than the fifth '
~ of each month. The husband shall deliver to the wife witi the first
~ .
payment all the martgage and payment papers and bools on the said lot.
The Husband is responsible for the full payments of both Lot and
Trailer for the month of November. On December 1, 1974 the one half
payment on the Lot will commence along with the full payment on the
trailer.
4. ATTORNEY S FEES : The husband is ordered to pay the Wife' s

attorney, C. N. TILTON of the firm of SCOrIT AND TII.TON, P. A. for
his services herein the sum of $300.00 together with ~ costs herein
assessed as $50.50.
