THIS CAUSE was heard after notice upon the Respondent's
motion for an order for professional consultation and delay
of proceedings, and the Court having heard the testimony of
the Respondent and the arguments of counsel, and being other- ~

wise fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties to this action shall
at a time mutually agreeable to them (but prior to 15 days from
the date of this order) seek the consultation of one Reverend
E. B. McGahee,~the said minister having previously advised the
,
parties of his willingness to render such consultation.. ~
~ IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause is stayed ~
~
for a period of 60 days in order to hopefully effect a reconcil- ~

iation between the parties. ~
