MELODY JANE JAMES, ) € Wife. ~ ~ - : This cause came on for trial this date and the Court, 2 ti ~ having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the sub3ect matter of this suit;. that the relationship of - husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. 1. DISSOLUTION OF~MARRIAGE. The marriage between BOBBY CLINTON JAMES, and MELODY JANE JAMES be in the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby I forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ; ~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ! ~ 2. SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT. The settlement agreement entered in by the parties is introduced into evidence and incorporated into and made a part hereof, and Che parties are ordered to abide by the terms thereof. 3. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. The maiden name of MELODY JANE THOMPSON is restored to the wife. 4. JURISDICTION.
