Grantee.
WITNESS TTH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Orie
Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considerations, the-receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
to the Grantee, its successors and assigns the following described _
lands in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot l, Block 5, Airport Industrial•Park, Unit 1
as per plat thereof in Plat Book 12 at page 40.
To have-and to hold the same, together with all and singular -
the appurtenances subject, however, to the following conditions,
reservations and restrictions: -
1. The protective covenants as recorded in OR Book 40 at
pac~es 426 to 430 and the amendments thereto as recorded in OR Book

2. The Grantor reserves for itself, its successors and assigns,
for the use and benefit of the public, a right of flight for the

passage of aircraft in the airspace above the surface of said lands,
together with the right to cause in said airspace such noise as
may be inherent in the operation of aircraft now known, or hereafter
used for navic~ation of or fliqht in the air, using said airspace for
~ landing at, taking off from or operating on the St. Lucie County

3. The Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors
and assigns, to restrict the height of structures, objects of natural
