4. ~'he Grantee expressly agrees for itself, its successors and
assigns, to prevent any use of the above described lands which shall
interfere with or adversely affect the operation or maintenance of
the St. Lucie County Airport.
5. If the Grantee does not cons truct on said lot a steel building
50' x 75' meeting the building requirements of St. Lucie County within ~

one (1) year from the date of this conveyarice, the Grantee sha~l

reconvey said lot to the Grantor upon the Grantor's refunding to
Grantee the purchase price.
