That the Chairman and Secretary of said Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed to Dawson Brothers, Inc.~, 4005 Greenwood Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida,conveying title to Lot 1, Block 5, -Airport Industrial Park, IInit 1,~ as per plat thereof in Plat Book 12 at page 40, Public Records of St. Lucie-County, Florida. 2. That said deed shall be delivered to the Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County to be held in ~ escraw and not recorded or delivered to the_purchaser until the ~ following conditions have been met: A. Balance of purchase price in the amount of $4,950.00 has been paid to the Ibrt Pierce Port and Airport Authority. . B. A permit for the construction of a steel building at least 50 feet by 75 feet meeting the building requirements of i , . j St. Lucie County has been issued by the Building and Zoning Depart- ~ ment of said county. C. That construction has begun on said building.
