DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This c.ause came on for trial the 13th day of November.-
1974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence;~finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of
the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF I~ARRIAGE• The marriage between
' WILLIAM S. ROCH and KATHLEEN JOYCE KOCH be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore egisti.ng
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. Upon the oral stipulation of the Husband`s
attorney and the wife,.KATHLEEN JOYCE KOCH , the Court determine
that KATHLEEN JOYCE KOCH shall own the 1968 Olds~bile Cutlass,
and the property described in this paragraph shall belong to the
Wife, KATHLEEN JOYCE KOCH, absolutely, subject to any outstandi
liens or encumbrances. If the Husband, WILLIAM S. ROCH, does
not execute a transfer of title to the Wife, KATHLEEN JOYCE
KOCH, conveying this property within l0.days, then in that even
this Order shall be considered an effective transfer of the
KATHLEEN
to the Wife,
interest of the Husband, WILLIAM S. KOCH, .
