THIS CAUSE havinq come before the Court upon the Plaintiff's
ore tenus Motion to permit certain revisions of the legal descriptions
of Parcel Numbers 104, 105, and 106, during the hearing on the Order
of Taking in this cause on October 22, 1974, and counsel for each fee
owner of these said parcels havinq stated at that hearing that they
have no objection to the revisions which counsel for the Plaintiff
had previously shown them, and the Court having considered the provi-
sions of Florida R.C.P. 1.190(e) and being otherwise fully advised in

i ORDERED AND ADJtJDGED that the parcel descriptions for Parcel
Numbers 104, 105, and 106 in the Complaint in this cause shall be taken
to be amended to conform to those descriptions given for these parcels
in the Order of Taking entered in this cause.
