OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE WAS heard upon the verified Petition For
Adoption filed in this cause and the natural mother.of the minor
child sought to be aciopte3 having consented to said adoption, ~
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and
proper gerson to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted
and that the best interests of the child will be promoted by
the adoption, and that the child is suitable for adoption by -
Petitioner, RALPH A. JENNINGS, and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is therefore -
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child known as MATTHEW

PRESTON BOORER, is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioner ~
herein, RALPH A. JENNINGS, and is given the name of MATTHEW PRESTON
JENNINGS, by which name he shall hereafter be known, and it
is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this child shall be the
child and legal heir of the Petitioner, RALPH.A. JENNINGS, entitled
to all rights and privileges, subject to all obligations of
a child born to the Petitioner, RALPH A. JENNINGS, in lawful
wedlock. -
