This cause coming on to be heard-this date, and the Court
havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: .This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the~marriage be-
tween the parties is irretrievably broken and should be _
dissolved. It is thereupon,' ~

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marriage between ERNEST

E. SNIDER, Husband,~and DEBBIE H..SNIDER, Wife, be and the same
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
freed fr.om the bonds of~matrimony heretofore existinc~_between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of ANGELA LYNN SNIDER, age 3, the
minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to DEBBIE 8. ~
SNIDER with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ERNEST
SNIDER.
~ 3. RESTRAINZNG ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying the other.
