THIS CAUS$ was heard upon the verified Petition For ~
Adoption filed in this cause and the Consent of the natural
parents having been obtained, and it appearing to the Court ~
that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the ~
minor child sought to be adopted and that the best interests ~
- of the child would be promoted by the adoption and that the
child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner, DAVID B. COUSINEAU,
and beinq otherwise fully-advised in the premises, it is -
ORDERBD AND 1~D.TUDGED that the minor child known as
JANA YVONNE RAINES is declared to be the legal child of the
~ Petitioner, DAVID B. COUS~NEAU, and.is qiven the name of JANA

~ YVONNE COUSINEAU, hy which name she shall hereinafter be known.
