AND • JOHN CRUZ, Ausband. • FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUJTION OF MARRIAGE - This action came on for hearing on the day of 1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the pa~ties and the subject matter of this action; that the rela- ~ tionship of husband and wife now euists between the Petitioner and Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon, ~ . _ ~ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marriage between the Petitioner, i JEAN LENIlrION CRUZ, and the Respond~nt, JOHN CRUZ, be and the same is k ~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed ~ - . ~ . from the obligations arising therefrom. 2, AGREEI~NT. The separation and property settlement agreement - executed by the parties on the 18th day of October, 1974, was freely entered ~into by the parties after a full disclosure and upon the cir- cumstances that appear from the evidence to be fo= the best interest of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply with all the terms of the Agreement. ~ 3. JURISDICTION.~ The jurisdiction of this cause, and the ~ parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be just and proper in the premises. DONE AND ORDERED at Ft.
