FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUJTION OF MARRIAGE -
This action came on for hearing on the day of
1974, and the Court, having given full consideration to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of
the pa~ties and the subject matter of this action; that the rela- ~
tionship of husband and wife now euists between the Petitioner and
Respondent and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is,
thereupon, ~ . _
~ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE• The marriage between the Petitioner,
i JEAN LENIlrION CRUZ, and the Respond~nt, JOHN CRUZ, be and the same is

~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are forever freed
~ - . ~ .
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2, AGREEI~NT. The separation and property settlement agreement -
executed by the parties on the 18th day of October, 1974, was freely
entered ~into by the parties after a full disclosure and upon the cir-
cumstances that appear from the evidence to be fo= the best interest
of the parties; and in its entirety, the agreement is incorporated by
reference into this Judgment, and the parties are ordered to comply
with all the terms of the Agreement.
~ 3. JURISDICTION.~ The jurisdiction of this cause, and the
~ parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be just and proper in the premises.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Flarida, this day of
1974. -
