THIS CAUSE havinq come on for hearing upon raotion of the
plaintiff, through counsel, for the appointment of an attorney and
guardian ad litem for the absent unknown defQndants, defendants in
the military services of the United States, minor defendants and
also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise under
legal disabili*y, if any, and it appearing to the Court that such
motion is well taken, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is, thereupon, _
