RESOLUTION NO. 74-141 ~

WHgRSAS, the Board of County Comanissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida held a public hearinq on the 5th day of
November, 1974, after first pul~lishing a notice of said hearing in
' the News Tribune at Fort Pierce, Florida on the 22nd day of -
October, 1g74, on closing, vacating and abandoning the followinq ~
described portion of drainage easement and renouncing and dis- ~
claiming-•any right~of St. Lucie County and the public in and to .
~ ~

the lan3s ly~ing within said portion of said easem~nt in St. Lucie
County, Florida described as follows: _
. The South 25 feet of the North 50 feet of Lots
S and 9, GROVS SUBDIVISI~i, as per plat thereof_
~ on file in Plat Book 16, page 33, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said portion of drainage easement i

anc~ renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and
the,public in and to the lands lying within said portion of said
easement, and in the opinion of the Board of County Comaaissioners,

~ it is to the best interest of the public to close, vacate.and
~
~ abandon said portion of said easement and disclaim and renounce
~ any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the-lands
~
lying within said portion of said easement.
NpW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED~by the Board of County Comnis-
sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
5th day of November, 1974, as follows:
1. Z'tiat that portion of drainage easement in St. Lucie County,
Florida described as follows:

8 and 9, GROVE SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 16, page 33 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida ~
be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and abandoned, and any
right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the larids lying
within said portion of said easement is hereby disclaimed and
