ounty, Florida,-on August 8, 1961 in Deed Book 15 at Page 574;
~that the County of St. Lucie acquired title to said land under and i:
• y virtue of a tax sale for the non-payment of taxes upon a tax
' ssessment duly and.regularly made upon said land and a sale and
~ f the a ent of said tax by the tax collector of said

ounty; and that the assessment and all proceedings had therein
` ~for tYie sale of said lands in default of the payment of taxea;

!and the issuance of the tax deed by the tax collector of St. Lucie
~ounty to the plaintiffs, and all proceedings by which the County

;of St. Lucie conveyed the said lands to the plaintiffs,-was

istrictly in confonaity with the law; that-said taxes were duly
;and regularly assessed, and.that the-sale for non-payment thereof
~as duly and regularly had, and that the deed from the County of

~St. Lucie to the plaintiffs was duly;and regularly issued and con- ~
eyed fee simple title in said lands to the plaintiffs.
