are hereby quieted, vacated, set aside and cancelled ae clouds
upoa the title o~ the plaintiff in and to the a~bove-described
lands, and that the title of the plaintiffs in and to these lands
be and is hereby forever quieted, cleared ~nd confirmed, and
~forever fully and completely established as against all of the ~
defendants to this action, and aqainat all persons whomsoever t
shall claim by, through or under them, and all persons having
r claiming to have any right, title or intereat in the land
i»volved in this action since the filinq of the Lis Pendens.
- (9) That all of the defendants, and all persons claiminq
by, through or under them and all parties having or claiming to
have any right, title or interest in th~above-described lands,

since the filinq of the Lis Pendens, are forever prohibited, en-
- joined~and restrained of and from executing any right, title,
interest, claim or demand of any nature or kind whatsoever, in, ~
~~to or against those lands of the plaintiffs or any part of ~hem. ~
(10) That the guardian ad litem and attorney appointed by
Ithis Court to represent the interests of the absent and unknown

;defendants, and the defendants who may be in the militar~.service

(awarded a reasonable fee for his services in this cause, and that a

~ ;reasonable fee for such services in this cause is in the amount
