and say that on the 9th day of November, 1974, appeared before them
JOE ARCHER, being the husband of REDONIA ARCHER, that in the presence
~of the Affiants that certain Mortgage Deed and Note to which this Af-
fidavit is attached, was read over~to the said JOE ARCHER, and fully
explained to him;,that he stated that he understood the nature of
the said Mortgage Deed and Note and the terms thereof, and that he
desired to execute the same, but was unable to read, and the said JOE-
ARCHER was unable to write his name thereupon, and the said JOE ARCHER
made his "X" on said M~ortgage Deed and Note for.the purposes of exe-
i cuting the Mortgage Deed and Note.
