Articles of Incorpore?tion, $~t-Lavs and Pinety-Nine Year Lesse, and the amendment
thereto ea recorded in Official Recorda Book 198, page 1093, deacribed in the fore-
going Warranty Deed; underataads thet each and every provision oP the foregoing
documents is aoade for the benefit of all amera of ~he Condominiun and is essential
to the successf'ul operation and ~anagement of said Condomiuium prnpertY; covenants
!or himaell, his heirs, successors and assigns torever to $bide by eacb and every
provision of said Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, By-Le~WS and Ainety-Nine
year Lease Agreement; and flirther agrees to pa~y the Mortgage, if any, deacribed in
the foregoing Deed. Grantee (s) ltirther consent (s) to the gaid Declaration of Coa-
dominium being hereafter successively amended by the submiasion to condominiu~ o~mer-
