deed fram P. DeFries-t a/k/a S. P. DeFriest, Jr. and Lyda S. -
DeFriest his wife. Affiant signed said deed with his usual signa-
ture, which contained the horizontal line which siqnifies Jr. in his
name. Affiant further states that he, P. DeFriest, Jr. and his
wife, Lyda S. DeFriest, were the purchasera of the afore described
property and conveyed their intereat in the above described property
to American Steel Fence Co., Inc. of Orlando and that at no time did
P. DeFriest have any right, title or interest in the property, as
P. DeFriest was the father of Affiant and had been deceased for
over 10 years prior to the time Affiant acquired title to the above
described property and approximately 13 years prior to the time that
Affiant conveyed the above described property.
