at that time concerninq any property in his name, his care,
custody or control, which may be riqhtfully subjected to
the Plaintiff's execution herein, and to show cause why
said~property should not be made available to satisfy the
Plaintiff's execution herein.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the
Defendant bring with hi.m at said examination, any and all -
books and records that he may have concerning any assets
whatsoever he may have, includinq bank books, checks,
documents of title.to any automobiles, campers, mobile
, homes, boats or motorcycles owned by the Defendant, together
with any deeds, mortgages, deeds of trust and any and all
documents which show the Defendant to have any interest in
any real or personal property~within or without the State
of Florida.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this day of November, 1974.
