Corporation, Plaintiff in the above-styled cause, and is ~

Defendant, DAN CLYDE GRACE, entered into a written Stipulation
for the, payment of the amount being sued for in ~the above case.
3. Under the terms of said agreement the Defendant
agreed to pay Twenty and No/100 Dollars ($20.00) on October
15, 1974, and Twenty and No/100 Dollars ($20.00) on the 15th
day of each month thereafter until the sum of Five Hundred
Eight and 22/100 Dollars ($508.22) plus Eighteen and 50/100
Dollars ($18.50) court costs were paid.
