4. That the Defendant failed to pay the install-
ment when due on October 15, 1974, and-has refused to pay any
amount whatever on said debt in contradiction.to the Stipulation _
siqned by the Defendant.
5. That there is presently due, owinq and unpaid
under said Stipulation the sum of Five Hundred Eight and 22/100
Dollars ($508.22) plus Eighteen and 50/100 Dollars ($18.50) court
costs. •
6. That the Plaintiff, Eagle Finance Corporation,
hereby requests the Court to issue a Writ of.$xecution against
said Defendant. ~
