This cause coming on for hearing on the Wife's Petition and the
gusband's Response thereto, both parties beinq represented by~Counsel,
testimony being taken, and argument heard, the Court finds:
1, That the agr~ement contemplated that the Husband would pay all
major medical bills. .
2. That the medical bills to date which are unpaid total $4,484.51,
and that the Husband o~wes to the Wife that sum, less the $100.00
deducti.ble .

~ THSRSFORE, upon consideration, it is

~g~gggD A1~iD AD~UDGED that the Wife, MARTHA ELIZABBTg JOffiJSON,
recover from _ the gusband, CI~ARLES ROBERT J0~ffiISON, SR., the sum of
$4,384.51, together with attorneys' fees in the amount of $300.00 and
$20.00 in costs, for a total amount of $4,704.51, for which a judgment
is hereby antered. It is further
pgD~ggD ~ND p~DJUDC,SD that the Husband, C,I~IRLES ROBERT JOffiTSON, SR.,
pay this judgment off at the rate of $200.00 per month, to be paid to
gryan, Koblegard & Brown, Attorneys for the Wife, who are directed to
~ disperse said funds on a prorata basis to the parties to whom the money
- is due .
