DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 20th day of November,
• Z974, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction af
the parties and subject,matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRI~?GE. The marriage between RANDALL
; ' E, gYRD and JULIE G. BYRD be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
' the bonds of matrimony heretofore esisting between them and from
the ot~-ligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of Randall Lee Byrd, age 3 1/2 year ,
and Stacy Dale Byrd, age 9 months, minor children of the parties-,
is hereby awarded to JULIE G. BYRD, with reasonable visitation
rights reserved to RANDALL E• BYR~•
3. SUPPORT. Comanencing the lst day of December, 1974,
gANDA1,L E, BYRD shall pay to JULIE G. BYRD.the sum of $160.00
~ each and every month, for the support of the children named above.
Each payment is to be made on the first day ot each month
and is to be mailed or delivered to the Wife so as to reach her
sM~m~ns~u~ on or before the 15th day of each month. -
