ORDBR REESTABLISHING LOST DEED
This cause coming on this day to be heard, and
it appearing to the Court from the evidence presented that:
1. Pursuant to an agreement arising out of the
dissolution of their marriage~ the Defendant, CHRISTINE
GABBERTY, formerly CHRISTINE WHEELER, executed a quitclaim
deed releasing to the Plaintiff, WILLIE LEE WHEELER, all of
her right, title and znterest in the following-described
real property: -

Lot 20, Block H, HARMONY HEIGHTS
I ADDITION # 3, as per plat thereof _
~ recorded in Plat Book 9, page_46,
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. -
- 2. Said deed was prepared by Defendant's attorney
at that time, Ben L. Bryan, Jr., who also witnessed the
execution of the same on Septembet 16, 1971.
3. The execution of said deed was witnessed by
two subscribing witnesses and said execution took place without
duress or undue influence of any nature. _
= 4. The execution of said deed was duly acknowledged
by the Defendant before a notary public for the State of Florida
at large.
