by mail by Defendant's attorney at that time, Ben L. Bryan, Jr.,
to J.M. Sample, Jr., then Plaintiff's attorney.
6. Said deed was subsequently lost or destroyed
and was never placed of record in St. Lucie County, Florida.
7. That the attached document is a substantial
_copy of said lost deed and by this reference is incorporated
in and made a part of this.judqment.
it is, tlierefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the copy of said deed
attached hereto be, and the same hereby is, established in
lieu of the original lost or destroyed deed.
