This cause coming o~i to be-heard on the Petition of the
mother, BARBARA POTTER COUSINS, filed August 30, 1974~ which was
served upon the father, ROGER LEE POTTER, September 25, 1974, and
the court having heard said Pe~ition at I1:30 A.M., October 9, 197
and hearing the testimony of the mother, BARBARA.POTTER COUSINS,
and her witnesses and argument of her counsel, Rupert Jasen Smith,
and having noted that the father, ROGER LEE POTTER. failed to
appear at said hearing and the court having entered an Order
requiring the Division of Family Services to make an additional
report concerning the suitability of the mother, BARBARA POTTER
COUSINS, for the purpose of having custody of the two minar childr ,
DWAYNE ALLEN POTTER and BEN~J~SON POTTER,-and said report having -
been made on the 29th of October, 1974 and the court being advised
~ in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the mother, BARBARA POTTER COUSINS,

; be awarded permanent custody of the minor children of the parties,
~ DWAYNE ALLEN POTTER and BEN JASON POTTER; subject, however, to
I
~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to the father. ROGER LEE
POTTER. -
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that~all and singular the
Sheriffs of said State of Florida are hereby directed and authoriz
to take said children into custody and deliver them to the nearest
representative of the Division of Family Services until it can
deliver custody of said children to the mother, BARBARA POTTER
~ COUSINS.
