JUDGMENT
This cause coming before the court on Plaintiffs' motion '
for final judgment subsequent to default, upon Plaintiffs' com- -
plaint and supporting affidavits, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises., finds as follows~
1. Due and legal service of process has been had upon the
Defendant, YOUNG/AMERICA CORPORATION, and the default previously
entered in this cause is hereby ratified and confirmed. ~
2. The Court has•jurisdiction of the subject matter of this
action and the parties to this cause.
, 3. The allegations contained in the complaint have been
~ proved by competent evidence. .

~ NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
~ 1. That Plaintiffs, RICHARD G. STEBBINS and JACK H. SCOTT,
recover from Defendant, YOUNG/AMERICA CORPORATION, the sum of
$9,365.00 plus legal interest from September 18, 1973, in the
amount of $t~~i~•~ together with their costs in the sum of $ 37.00
for which let execution issue.
