ORDER MODIFYING FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause coming on to be heard upon a Motion filed
by the husband to set aside default and final ~udgment and a
Motion filed by the wife for enforcement of the Final Judgment,
and the Court having heard testimony from both parties and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon:
' pRDERED AND AD~TUDGED as follows:

1. CUSTODY. Custody of YOLANDA LANff'RIN, LaTONYA LAMPKIN
and RODERICK LAMPKIN, minor children of the parties, is hereby
awarded to DeLOISE LAMPKIN, wife, with reasonable visitation

rights reserved to WILLIE JAMES LAI~KIN, husband.
• 2. SUPPORT. Commencing on the 4th day of NoYember, 1974, ~

WILLIE JAME.S LAI'~IPKIN shall pay to DeLOISE LAMPKIN, the sum of
$45.00 each and every week for the~ support of the-minor children.
