This cause ca~ on to be heard, after notice upon Petitioner's prayer for
temporary relief while this cause is pendinq. The Court having heard the evidence
. presentecl anci the arqwnents of the attorneys for the pa~tties and beinq fully advised
it is:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:-
1) T'hat the sole custody of the minor child Jamison Carroll Deans is hereby
awarded to the Wife, !lARGARET DEANS with visitation riqhts reserved to the Husband,
on each Saturday morninq from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M. at the place of residence of the
Wife, MARGARET T. DEANS. The Husband, WYATT C. DEANS, JR. shall not ren?ove or visit

~ ~ 2) Cournencing the 29th day of November, 1974, WYATT C. DEANS, JR. shall pay
~ to PIARGARET T. DEANS the sumn of $25.00 each and~every week for the support of the
minor child, and the sinu of $25.00 each and every week for the support-of the ~life,
MARC,ARET T. DEANS. Each paya~ent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted praaptly to the Wife, MARGARET T. DEANS. In addition there is hereby assessed
the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
Al1 payments shall be c~ade in cash, money order or cas~iers check. Both of the parties.
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all tin?es whi,le this order is in effect.
3) The Husband, wYATT C. DEANS, JR. shall pay all medical and hospital

~ expenses incurred by the Wife for prenatal care and childbirth. Payiaents are to be
made by the Husband, wYATT C. DEANS, JR. co~mencinq November 29, 1974 at the rate of
540.00 per week payable directly to the physician and hospital treatinq the Wife.
The wife throuqh her attorney shall keep the Husband throuqh his attorney advised of
the physician and hospital to Whom payments are to be made and the total balance due
# to each. Based-upon this information the Husband shall apportion the $40.00 weekly
payment betr+een the treating physician and the hospital i~here the child Mill be bora.
