the Plaintiff the said sum of $410.00 as hereinabove set ~ -
out, the~Plaintiff may apply to the Court for a final judgment
of foreclosure on the Defendants' defaults. ~
4. The Plaintiff may withdraw the original note and
mortqage filed in evidence and substitute xerox copies in lieu
thereof .
5. ~Jurisdiction of the above cause is retained by the
Court to make such-further orders as may,be proper.
