FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial November 8, 1974 and the r Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and~wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage~between~the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of I this Court against CHARLES A. MILLER be and the same is hereby approved,,ratified and confirmed. 2. The marriage between CHARLES A. MILLER and BETTY L. MILLER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and eaeh of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here~ofore_existing between them and from the obliga- tions arising therefrom. 3. CU~stody of ED~~ARD A. MILLER and ROBERT A. MILLER, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to BETTY L. MILLER with reasonable visitation rights reserved to CHARLES A. ~ . MILLER. ` 4. Commencing the 15th day of November, 1974 CHARLES. A. MILLER shall pay to BETTY L.
