5. Commencing the 15th day of November, 1974 CHARLES
A. MILLER shall pay to BETTY L. yILLER the sum of $50 each and i
every week as alimony.
. ~ Each payment for support of the minor children
and as alimony shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him remitted promptly to.BETTY L. MILLER. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added
to each payment made to the clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their
mailing and residence addresses at all tiuaes while this order is ~
in effect.
6. BETTY L. MILLER shall have, and is hereby granted, ~
the exclusive ownership of and title to the washer, dryer and
stereo complex and CHARLES A. MILLER shall immediately deliver
possession thereo~ to BETTY L. MILLER.
~ 7.~ The Court determines the sum of $350 to be reason-
`
~ able for the Wife's attorney for his services herein and CHARLES
~ A. MILLER is ordered to pay to Errol S. Willes, Esquire said sum
together with costs herein assessed at $38.00.
8. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
