FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on far trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines : This Court
has jurisdiction of the parties and subjeci matter of this suit; that the re-
lation of husband and wife now exists between the parties ; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ~DJUDGED as follows : •

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
MOSSMAN HASTINGS and HILDA E. HASTINGS be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bands of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
.
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody af CONNIE MARGARET I-~ASTINGS, minor
child of the parties, is hereby awarded to the wife with reasonable visitarion
rights reserved to the husband. -
3. SUPFORT. The Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereo~f.
4. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of ~2U0.00
to be reasonable for the wife's attorney for his services herein and the husband
is ordered to pay said attorney said sum.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
