HomeMy WebLinkAbout2675 SEPARATION AND PROI'ERTY SCTTLEMCNT AGREEMENT ~ T[-IIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into th~s day of November, 1974, by and between HILDA E. HASTINGS, hereinafter referred to as the W ife, and MOSSMAN i-IASTINGS, herei nafter referred to as the Husband; WITNESSETH: . W[-IEREAS, the parties are husband and wife and were married to each other on February 18, 1951; and WHEREAS, there is one minor child now issue of said marriage, to-wit: CONNIE MARGARET FIASI'INGS, age seventeen years; and W[-IEREAS, due to irreconcilable differences and disputes, the parties have separated and are now living apart, and in view of their intention to live apart for the rest of their natural lives, they desire to settle their respective ~ property rights and agree on support pro~isions for the children of the parties; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and, promises hereinafter contained, the parties do agree as follows : 1. SEPARATION. The parties shall at all times hereafter conrinue to live separate and apart, free.from interference by each other. Each party may reside at the place or places he~ or she may select. ~ 2. CUSTODY. Primary custody af the minor child of the parties ~ shall be with the wife, subject to the right of reasonable visitation by the husband. . The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to maintain free access to the child . of the parties, and to create a feeling of affectian between themselves and the child. Neither shall do anything to hamper this natural development of the child's love and respect for the other party. 3. CHILD SUPPORT. As to CONNIE MARGARET HASTINGS the tiusband shall pay to the wife for the support and maintenance of said child the sum of ~50. 00 per week. It is understood that said daughter is age seventeen and that upon the daughter reaching age eighteen the child suppor[ payments will continue so long as the daughter is enrolled in and attending college.
