The husband agrees to promptly pay the tuition so as not to , interfere vvith the educational plans of the daughter. - i As to MARK HASTINGS, age nineteen, son of the parties, the husband agrees to pay the tuition of said son at Indian River Community College or any other college in which the san of the parties is enrolled as a student. It is understood that the son af the parties is not a minor; however, said tuition payments will be promptly paid so as not to interfere with the educational plans af the son so long as t~e is enrolled in and at~ending college. Payments s hall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court or directly to the wife if the parties so agree. In the event payments are made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, then the sum of $1.00 shall be added to the support ~ payments by the husband to pay for service charges of tl~e_ Clerk of the Circuit Court. Payments under this provision shall con~mence during ~lle week that this Agreement is executed by both parties, and shall continue subject to the ~ terms and provisions as set forth herein. 4. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. The husband agrees to pay the sum of ~Z00. 00 to the wife's attarney for representarion in any action for dissolution of marriage. S. SUPPORT FOR TE-IE WIFE. The husband agrees to pay the sum of $50.00 per month to the wife for a period of 24 months as rehabilitative alimony for the wife. Sa. DIVISION OF PROPERTY.
