intending to be bound by it.
(b) Each has made a full disclosure to the other of his or
her current financial condition. _
(c) Each understands and ngrees that this Agreement con-
stitutes the entire contract of the parties. It supersedes any prior under~
standings or agreements between them upon the subjects covered in this
Agreement. There are no representations or warranties other than set
forth in it. ~
~ (d) - It is fully understood and agreed between the parties that
the Lav~ Offices of Sullivan & Cobb~ is representing the wife ~
the preparation of this Agreement and has made no representations or offered
any legal advice to the husband .
