This cause came on to be heard upon Motion of the Plain-
tiffs to remove said cause from the non-jury calendar and
cancel the taking of depositions and the Court having-heard
argument of counsel for tr.e respective parties and being fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: .

, 1. That the Motion to place the above entitled cause

~ on the jury trial calendar is hereby.denied.
~ - 2. That the above entitled cause be removed from the ~
non-jury trial calendar as set for Nonember 26, 1'974.
3. That the above entitled cause is reset for trial
on the non-jury calendar on January 28, 1975 at 10:00 a.m.
4. That the Plaintiffs shall not be required to submit
themselves for depositions on November~l8, 1974 but shall be
available for the taking of their depositions by the Defendant
ten days prior to the date of trial of January 28, 1975.
