FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
This cause L'~ame on to be heard on November 21, 1974 upon
the Petition for adoption filed in.this cause and the Consent
of~Donald J. Langel, natural father of the minor children, and
the Consent of Priscilla A. Langel Strickland, natural mother ~
~ of the minor children, and it appearing to the Court that the
Petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor children
sought to be adopted, and that the best interests of the children
will be promoted by the adoption and that the children are suit-
able for adoption by Petitioner, Teddy Strickland, and being
i otherwise fully advised in the premises,
~ It is,~therefore, ORDERED as follows:
~ 1. The minor children named in the Petition are
declared to be the legal children of the Petitioner, Teddy
Strickland, and are given the names of William Michael Strickland
and 3tephen Gregory Strickland, by which names they shall here-
af ter be known . ~
2. These children ~hall be the children and legal heirs
of the Petitioner, Teddy Strickland,- entitled to all the rights
~ and privileges,~and subject to all the obligations of children
born to the Petitioner, Teddy Strickland, in lawful wedlock.
