O R D E R
This cause came on to be heard on November 20, 1974 on ~
Wife's Motion For Enforcement and the Court havinq heaaltesti-
mony.of the respective parties and arqument of counsel for the
Husband, and beir~.g fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That a's of November 20, 1974 the Husband, Joseph
A. Wagner, is in arrears in the sum of $1,Q03.00 in his payments
to the Wife for rehabilitative alimony. '
. 2. That the Court reserves ruling on the Hotion For
Enforcement until December 9, 1974 when further hearings will be
had in the above entitled cause and the Wife is r•epresented by her
~ counsel of record. ~

~ • ~ 3: That the Husband, Joseph A. Waqner, shall pay to
the Wife, Loretta E. Wagner, through the Clerk of this Court the
sum of $250 on December 2, 1974. Upon his failure so to do, the
Husband will be dealt with on December 9, 1974 by the Court for
his faiiure to make said payment.
