said County, and run South on the West line of a County road right-of
way 200 feet, thence West parallel to the North line of said lot to the
East line of the right-of-way of State Highway, thence Northwesterly
- along said right-of-way to the North line of Lot 4, in said block and
Section, thence East to the starting point; said land situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein, _
replacements thereof and additions thereto. ,
