has Willfully failed aa~d refused to pay the child support as required by tbe
Final Judg~ent of this Court entered on the llth day of Jam~arys 1971, and is,
as of this date, in arrea~cs $1.825.00. It furtber appeara to tlie Court that -
there has beea a change of conditions as to xespondent's ability to pa~, therefor
the Fiaal Judg~ent ia tbis case is sodified to reduce future child support
payuenta f~oa $25.00 per veek to 515.00 per week. It ia
